Welcome
My name is Louise, and I’m a Consultant Clinical Psychologist offering psychological assessment and therapy, and clinical and EMDR supervision, online and in person in Bagshot, within easy reach of Lightwater, Ascot, Sunninghill, Sunningdale, Virginia Water, Camberley, Bracknell and surrounding areas in Surrey and Berkshire.
Drawing on extensive NHS and private-practice experience, I provide a range of individually tailored evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I can help you make sense of the past and live more fully in the present:
develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your difficulties and your relationships with others
resolve stuck emotions and patterns rooted in the past
build more effective ways of coping in the present and for the future
Empowering you to grow and thrive, not just survive
I believe in the power and importance of natural human connection and aim to provide a space where people can feel safe and respected, free of judgement, to explore their issues and make sense of what they need

Feedback from my clients
I cannot thank Louise enough for the life‑changing therapy.
When I started my sessions, I was very low, hopeless and doubtful about whether therapy would help, having engaged in several therapeutic interventions elsewhere previously. However, here I am a year on, in a place I never thought I could get to. It is Louise’s skill, professionalism and strength as a boundaried, compassionate and caring practitioner that has enabled me to get to where I am now.
